Note: This is a five-day training. The first three days are in-person only at BASF's offices and the fourth and fifth days are participatory online training.

Are you an attorney, judge, HR manager, therapist or other professional eager to elevate your conflict resolution abilities? If so, enroll in this well-regarded, intensive 40-hour certificate training and gain the skillset and confidence to resolve almost any dispute. This highly experiential training will prepare you to excel as a mediator, negotiator and representative in mediation. Participants will engage in interactive lectures and demonstrations, guest lectures from leading practitioners, and role-play practice with feedback. Upon finishing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion which satisfies training requirements for most court and agency panels. You will also receive a full set of model forms should you wish to build your own mediation practice.

Program Access
This is an in-Person program only.  Virtual access will not be available. Program recordings are not guaranteed and/or included with this registration, nor immediately accessible to registrants. Approved recordings of live programs are converted to On-Demand CLE Courses and available for separate purchase through a third-party library 30 business days after the live recording. 

Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund Requests

A 50% refund is available if you cancel at least 10 business days prior to the event. For cancellation, please email adr@sfbar.org.
