Transform your approach to conflict. Join BASF’s intensive, five-day, 40-hour Mediator Certificate Training led by internationally recognized mediator and trainer Dr. Sukhsimranjit Singh.

This highly experiential program focuses on practical tools and real-world application. Participants will learn Dr. Singh’s five-step framework for effective mediation, along with strategies for navigating power, trust, complexity, and cultural dynamics. The training will emphasize the human element of mediation, cross-cultural fluency, advanced negotiation mastery and impasse breaking techniques. You will engage in practical, real-world scenarios designed to build muscle memory for high-stakes mediations.
 
This session offers the unique opportunity to learn under the mentorship of Weinstein-JAMS Fellows—distinguished judges and top-tier dispute resolution professionals from around the globe. This creates a world-class environment for networking and cross-cultural learning that is unavailable in standard training

Dr. Sukhsimranjit Singh is a mediator, facilitator, trainer, and author with more than 25 years of experience in dispute resolution, negotiation, and leadership. A former Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, Dr. Singh is an international mediator who serves on the JAMS panel and the Weinstein International Foundation. He has delivered over 500 talks in more than 50 countries and is a two-time TEDx speaker, Peacemaker Award recipient, and founder of Singh Academy.
