This program discusses the basics and the finer points of presenting to and understanding contemporary juries. Drawing on his experience as a former trial attorney, judge, NITA instructor, and Judicial Director of NYU’s Civil Jury Project, Hon. Mark Drummond (ret.) presents on the most important aspects of trying cases to judges and juries in 2020.
