Our program provides a “Workers Compensation 101” overview of the Workers’ Compensation pre-litigation and litigation process for California employers with an emphasis on small employers including WC eligibility, penalties for uninsured employers and basic benefit to injured workers. We will cover legal definitions under the WC system as well as a basic checklist for small employers to maintain records on reported injuries. We will also cover the recent Executive Order on Covid-19 claims under Workers’ Compensation.
