The Barristers Wellness Committee invites you to attend a yoga night at Grace Cathedral church in San Francisco. Immerse yourself in a community of your fellow yogi Barristers as you lay your mat amidst the soaring Gothic columns and stained-glass windows of this sacred space. Practice is suitable for all levels with expert instruction and soothing live music.
For attorneys, incorporating wellness practices like yoga into your routine is essential for maintaining mental clarity, reducing stress, and fostering a balanced, healthy lifestyle. The Barristers Club will meet at 6:00pm at the door and we have a designated area inside the Cathedral. The Yoga session is from 6:15 -7:30pm.
Please bring a yoga mat and any other yoga props you wish to use. Mats are available for rental. Only water is permitted in the cathedral. Dress in warm, comfortable exercise clothes as the cathedral can be quite cool.
A $20 payment will be collected at Grace Cathedral for all participants. This fee will be waived for law students who register at least 24 hours in advance.

Program Access
This is an in-Person program only. Virtual access will not be available.
Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund Requests
For CLE events of 1.5 hours or less, Lunch & Learn programs, Happy Hours, Receptions, and Mixers, a refund is available if you submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to the event. A $10 handling fee will deducted from your refund. Please complete the Event Cancellation Form.
For CLE events longer than 1.5 hours, and for special events such as conferences, symposiums, professional development training programs, a 50% refund is available if you cancel at least 10 business days prior to the event. Please complete the Event Cancellation Form.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Please complete the Event Cancellation Form.
