The Barristers Wellness Committee invites you to attend a yoga night at Grace Cathedral church in San Francisco. Immerse yourself in a community of your fellow yogi Barristers as you law your mat amidst the soaring Gothic columns and stained-glass windows of this sacred space. Practice is suitable for all levels with expert instruction and soothing live music.
For attorneys, incorporating wellness practices like yoga into your routine is essential for maintaining mental clarity, reducing stress, and fostering a balanced, healthy lifestyle. The Barristers Club will meet at 6:00pm at the door and we have a designated area inside the Cathedral. The Yoga session is from 6:15 - 7:30 p.m.
Please bring a yoga mat and any other yoga props you wish to use. Mats are available for rental. Only water is permitted in the cathedral. Dress in warm, comfortable exercise clothes as the cathedral can be quite cool.
A $22 payment will be collected at Grace Cathedral for all participants. This fee will be waived for law students who register at least 24 hours in advance.

Attending Programs
This event may be filmed or photographed. By participating in this event, you consent to have your likeness used for the BASF/JDC’s archival purposes and promotional materials. If you do not want to be photographed, please inform a BASF/STAFF person or the photographer.
Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund Requests
For CLE events of 1.5 hours or less, Lunch & Learn programs, Happy Hours, Receptions, and Mixers, a refund is available if you submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to the event. A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please complete the Event Cancellation Form.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Please complete the Event Cancellation Form.
