Whether you advise nonprofits, small businesses seeking assistance, or employers looking to help their employees, or serve on the board of a nonprofit yourself, this session will provide helpful guidance on the rules and requirements around mobilizing charitable funds to help those in need in response to a disaster. We’ll also mention a few issues unique to the pandemic.
