Join us for an update from the San Francisco Superior Court’s Criminal Department on the new procedures and practice during the Pandemic, including:

  • How to appear in court
  • How to have your in custody client appear in court
  • How to continue cases, notify the court of dispositions, and file pleadings
  • What is working and what is not working
  • What legal issues are implicated
  • An update on electronic filings

  • Any questions for the panelists can be submitted to by Wednesday, August 19, 2020 no later than noon.
    Due to time constraints, all questions submitted may not be presented on the day of the program.
    Please note that we will not be able to accept questions during the program.
