Join us for the inaugural event of Board Balance, a diversity program sponsored by the Women’s Impact Network - No Glass Ceiling 2.0 Committee of BASF.

Imagine a leadership path that enhances your career satisfaction or advances an important cause. Learn from women attorneys, recruiters and leadership coaches who have created their own paths to the boardroom. This program will address public and private for-profit and nonprofit board service topics including:

  • The nuts and bolts of finding, keeping and enjoying a board position
  • Tackling racial inequality on boards
  • Networking and building leadership and board skills during a crisis
  • The unique contribution women can make to a board’s role in promoting socially desirable goals
