This seminar will cover recent (and proposed) amendments to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, including the inclusion of post-1979 residential buildings, expansion of tenant harassment, and new regulations for capital improvement evictions. Panelists will also discuss the interplay between New State-wide Rent Control and the Rent Ordinance and recent landlord/tenant cases.
