For 46 years, Mr. Cook has been practicing in the areas of enforcement of judgments and security interests, collection of debts, fraudulent conveyance claims and litigation practice, including the forced sale of homes. Mr. Cook is the author of the Debt Collectors Hand-Book (ABA) and over 100 articles.
