This seminar will cover recent (and proposed) amendments to the
San Francisco Rent Ordinance, including limitations of non-tenant
uses of rental units, creation of rent registry and licensing
requirements. Panelists will also discuss recently passed eviction
moratoriums due to Covid-19 and new landlord-tenant cases.
