This timely presentation will focus on issues related to real estate in San Francisco, Marin, and the greater Bay Area, to include the state of the market itself, the recent National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlement as it relates to buyers and sellers in our area, and more specifically how Harold and Katie’s unique expertise and skill sets can assist all attorneys in San Francisco with real estate matters. Harold and Katie will present specific examples of real-life real estate transactions they have been involved with, representing divorcing clients in the sale of their marital homes. And, they will discuss the value they add as real estate professionals to the San Francisco Bar Association.
