Speakers
In this session, attendees will learn how to streamline and maximize the effectiveness of document discovery in high-stakes construction litigation. They will gain valuable knowledge on identifying the key documents and common reports that are essential for building a strong case, from contracts and change orders to payment records and test reports. Participants will also explore methods to efficiently manage and navigate large volumes of data, ensuring no relevant information is overlooked. A focus on managing electronically stored information (ESI) will allow attendees to uncover crucial metadata, including hidden information that can make or break a case. Furthermore, attendees will learn how to locate and effectively work with construction, architectural, engineering, and financial experts, ensuring their work product is properly integrated into the litigation strategy. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with the tools and strategies needed to navigate complex document discovery, make informed decisions, and bolster their practice in construction litigation.
