To Register and Select Your Meal Option
Individual Registrants
- Sign in to your account, then select Register Myself at the bottom of the page.
- Don't know your account information? Click Forgot username? or Forgot password? at the bottom right-hand corner.
- Don't have an account? Select Create Account at the top right-hand corner.
- Simply want to register for an event? Select Register for an Event at the bottom right-hand corner.
- Under the Question section, there is a dropdown list to choose your meal option. Please choose Chicken or Vegan from the dropdown list, then select Save Response.
- Select Proceed to Checkout to enter payment information, then Submit Order to complete the registration process.
Firm Table Registrants
Fill out and return completed Sponsor Form to basfmemberservices@sfbar.org with payment information, full contact information, and meal choices (Chicken or Vegan) for the 10 attendees per table.
Cancellations and Refund Requests
For the "Annual Membership Luncheon" program the hotel reservations are finalized 12 business days before the event, and BASF has already paid the hotel in full for each registration. Therefore, cancellations or refund requests after 11/25/2025 cannot be accepted. For cancellations before this deadline, a $20 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please complete the Event Cancellation Form and direct any questions to events@sfbar.org. If you are unable to attend, please consider donating your seat to a Barristers Newly Sworn in Attorney by emailing barristers@sfbar.org. Otherwise please complete the Event Cancellation Form.
