How to Stop Worrying and Embrace Arbitration

This panel will explore some of the less well-known benefits of arbitration, including for plaintiffs. It will include practice tips to get the best results from arbitration, a look back at the rise of arbitration in the practice of labor and employment law, and the differences between labor and employment arbitration.

Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund Requests
For CLE events of 1.5 hours or less, Lunch & Learn programs, Happy Hours, Receptions, and Mixers, a refund is available if you submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to the event. A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please complete the Event Cancellation Form.
