The cannabis and psychedelics landscapes are rapidly shifting and constantly evolving. What appears “legal” can often be more of a grey area, if not outright prohibited, so attorneys need to be able to effectively advise clients who wish to work in these fields. In this ½ day program, we will explore the reasons to stay out of a courtroom, the considerations you should make before advising around psychedelics, and address the elephant in the room: AI.
