Join the Planning Committee for the 37th Annual Judges Reception!
Each year, the Barristers Club hosts the Judges Reception to honor locally based state and federal judges. The event provides Barristers (law students and attorneys in their first ten years of practice) and other non-Barrister attorneys with a unique opportunity to meet and interact with members of the bench in an informal setting. The Judges Reception is a critical fundraiser for the Barristers Club. It is also the occasion for the presentation of the Tara L. Riedley “Barristers Choice” Award to one Bay Area judge in recognition of their outstanding efforts to educate and develop newer lawyers.
We are currently seeking Barristers to join the committee to start planning this exciting event, and to help solicit sponsors. Please join us on April 8th at our virtual kickoff meeting.
