This CLE will provide an overview of the role of nonprofit Boards of Directors, the fiduciary duties that individual Directors owe to an organization, potential liability exposure of Directors, and conflicts of interest.  It will focus on ethical concerns and issues that may arise when attorneys serve on nonprofit Boards. Update from last year on any changes in law etc.
