They will analyze issues across the legal education continuum from admission to licensure, and make recommendations to increase diverse law school matriculants, graduates, and professionals.
4:00 p.m. - FEDERAL JUDICIAL CLERK DIVERSITY
Judge Jeremy Fogel, Executive Director, Berkeley Judicial Institute
The judge will discuss his ongoing study of diversity rates among federal judicial clerks and his view on the hiring process.
